April 2026 Newsletter

Spring is in full swing.
The second quarter has just begun. And this season naturally invites reflection, renewal, and growth.

April is also my birthday month, marking the close of one year and the beginning of another. It is a moment that encourages me to pause and reflect not just on achievements, but on who I’ve become in the process.

This past year has been filled with meaningful progress:

  • Received ICF Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) designation.

  • Expanded reach and influence through Speaking at conferences and STEM Program kick-off

  • Helped a number of women leaders stepping into bigger roles

  • Curated workshops that drove breakthroughs in confidence, executive presence, and influence in participants.

But growth rarely shows up all at once.

It happens quietly, therefore, I encourage you to

  • Speak up when you normally stay silent

  • Ask for the opportunity instead of waiting

  • Lead with clarity instead of over-explaining

  • Choose courage to act before you fully feel ready

Spring reminds us that transformation starts beneath the surface before it becomes visible. Growth ins intentional.
It does not just happen, we choose it.

As we step into Q2, I invite you to reflect on three questions:

Where have I grown in the last year?​
​What version of me am I stepping into next?​
​What do I need to focus on to get there?

For me, this new personal year is grounded in three words

Connection. Strength. Breakthrough.
