June is PRIDE Month—a time to celebrate love, identity, visibility, and the freedom to be unapologetically you. It’s also a time to reflect on what it means to build workplaces and a world where everyone belongs.

May is Asian Heritage Month. The theme this year is "Unity in Diversity" calls us to both celebrate cultural richness and deepen our practice of inclusion. As a proud Asian Canadian immigrant, I take this moment to honour the diverse histories, stories, and contributions of Asian communities that have helped shape the Canada I love and call home.

March is a time to celebrate the resilience, brilliance, and contributions of women throughout history and across industries. It is a moment to honor the women who have paved the way before us, the trailblazers of today, and the rising stars shaping the future.

This month, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible women who have shaped my journey.
From my grandmother’s resilience in business as a widowed mom bringing up four children, to my mother’s selfless love and creativity, my sister’s confidence, my mentors, teachers, colleagues, and friends—each has left an indelible mark on my path.
