July is the Month of Mid-Year Reset

Reflect, Reimagine, Reignite

We’ve officially crossed the halfway mark of 2025.
Now is the time to pause, reflect, and reset.

Maybe the first half didn’t go as expected—curveballs, changes, missed goals. However, resilience isn’t about never falling; it’s about how boldly we rise. This mid-year moment is your opportunity to pause with intention, gain clarity, and recalibrate for impact.

Reflect, Reset, and Reignite​
In the last couple of weeks, as the half-year mark approached, I noticed my inner critic getting louder.

Despite a series of meaningful achievements, from speaking engagements and workshops to podcast interviews, LinkedIn Live events, and deeply fulfilling work with coaching clients, there were still moments where I felt off track. The energy I had at the start of the year didn’t feel quite the same. I felt… a little lost.

Thankfully, I caught it early. I recognized the signs, gave myself permission to pause, and chose to reset with intention.
