Happy New Year!
As we step into 2026, I am kicking things off with a mantra that will guide my intentions, energy, and actions:
Connection. Strength. Breakthrough.
Here is what those words mean to me:
Connection
This year is about deepening relationships with my community, my clients, my peers. Every conversation is a chance to see, support, and uplift someone.
Strength
Not just my own, helping others discover, grow, and own theirs. The kind of strength that leads, not controls.
Breakthrough
I believe in transformation. For me, that means continuing to evolve and elevate the way I serve so the leaders I work with experience breakthroughs that ripple far beyond them.
And this quote is the heartbeat of it all:

A reflection on milestone that reinforces my commitment
In November 2025, I achieved a goal that’s been close to my heart: becoming an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
This milestone is not just a credential, it is a recommitment to coaching excellence, continuous growth, and creating an even stronger experience for the leaders I serve.
A simple 3-step January reset (to live the mantra)
If you’re choosing your own guiding words this year, here’s a practical way to bring them to life—starting this week:
Connection: Who is one person you can reach out to, no agenda, just to strengthen the relationship?
Strength: What strength are you ready to own more boldly this year (even if it feels uncomfortable)?
Breakthrough: What’s one courageous action you can take in the next 7 days that your future self will thank you for?
