How does the Lab work?
Before the Lab, you will complete the Fascinate® assessment and receive you personalized results.
During the Lab, you will use those insights to better understand your natural leadership strengths and how they show up in the way you communicate, influence, innovate and lead.
Through discussion, practical exercises and real-world scenarios, you will translate insight into clear, confident actions you can apply immediately.
