May is Asian Heritage Month. The theme this year is "Unity in Diversity" calls us to both celebrate cultural richness and deepen our practice of inclusion. As a proud Asian Canadian immigrant, I take this moment to honour the diverse histories, stories, and contributions of Asian communities that have helped shape the Canada I love and call home.

Why Diversity Without Inclusion Isn’t Enough
Research shows diverse teams generate 33% more innovation, the real magic happens when inclusion fuels collaboration. Let’s challenge the old paradigms: Are we merely assembling diverse teams, or are we cultivating a culture where everyone is seen, heard, and empowered to thrive?
Here are three inclusive leadership insights for May:
Representation is just the start. Inclusion means people feel safe and valued to contribute fully as who they are.
Unconscious bias training isn't a checkbox. It's a mirror raise self-awareness, drive a conversation, and a commitment to change.
